Overall, the song is what anyone would expect! Control is exactly the concept of what is on the charts these days, nothing new or different but is good to hear in the club. It's like everyone is following the same old formula to produce a song.

 

It's as if, now that most of these artist has made a name for themselves they are getting lazy and delivering the same type of songs. There are no more musical wow! This song "Control" could remind one of when Dark Child wrote the same song for Jennifer Lopez(JLO) and Chante Moore with a few word changes. But due to the money train behind JLO her song was pushed to the top of the charts. There needs to be some WOW factor on the music that are charts.
