Nipsey Hussle Murder Suspect Allegedly Got Violent with Neighbor!

The man who purportedly murdered Nipsey Hussle went off the rails without further ado before the occurrence, and gun whipped a person over a medication bargain turned out badly ... this as per new observer explanations submitted to examiners.

The L.A. Region DA's Office got the record from 2 ladies who state a male companion revealed to them he was assaulted at his condo by homicide suspect Eric Holder ... only an hour prior to Nipsey's homicide.

As per the announcements ... Holder lived in a similar structure as the person and they in some cases hung out and smoked pot. The person's story goes this way - Holder appeared at his place around 2 PM on March 31, and he was pissed. He blamed the neighbor for offering him weed that was bound with some other medication.

They went into the corridor to talk, and as per the announcements ... Holder was "breathing in all respects vigorously and seemed energized and unsettled." When Holder got increasingly threatening, the neighbor attempted to come back to his loft yet was purportedly gun whipped in the back of the head.

As per the announcements ... the neighbor was thumped down, yet at the same time cognizant and claims he saw the firearm on the floor. He portrays it as a "major silver firearm" and "self-loader."

The neighbor got up and securely withdrew to his loft, yet says Holder was "shaking and looked exceptionally apprehensive" before leaving.

The ladies - repped by lawyer Harley D. Breite - guarantee their companion confesses to selling Holder $10 worth of pot, yet it was straight from a dispensary and not bound, as far as anyone is concerned.

The neighbor told the ladies he took in a couple of days after the fact that Holder was the suspect in Nipsey's homicide case, yet he was hesitant to report his experience since he knows Holder's a group part. Besides, he DID offer him cannabis.

We broke the story ... Hussle was shot around 3 PM in L.A. on March 31 and articulated dead at 3:55 PM at a downtown clinic. Video of the episode demonstrates a man - accepted to be Holder - shooting Nipsey outside his Marathon dress store.

Holder was captured 2 days after the fact and in the long run accused of homicide. It's hazy if Holder plans to raise the supposedly bound weed as a component of his resistance.

As we revealed, he's been in the market for another lawyer since Christopher Darden quit the case after he and relatives got demise dangers.
