Kelvin Ayala The Man Behind PCFLEX Touch Systems
Kelvin Ayala attended the University of Hartford where he earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He worked for 5 years as an Avionics Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft where he was integral lead engineer in the avionics and flight controls test team of the S-92 aircraft program.
Kelvin started up a computer company called PC Flex Computers in 1999 which now operates under its DBA of PC Flex Touch Systems and has grown to be a regional supplier of point of sale computer systems for the retail and hospitality markets. With clients extending from Boston to New York City, PC Flex has become one of the top solution providers in the northeast signing contracts with franchise restaurants, hotels, and concept retail locations
Kelvin Ayala currently acts as Operations Manager of the company partnering with industry leaders such as Epson, Rewards Network, and Sai Systems. The company has expanded its offerings to include: digital security camera systems, fingerprint and ID Scan technologies, customer loyalty and merchant processing solutions, and digital signage services.
Kelvin lends his time to countless charitable events throughout Connecticut and is a sought out motivational speaker. He has served as the chair of the Hartford Scholastic Challenge, an initiative that has provided over $50,000 in scholarships to high school seniors. Recently he was the project lead of an initiative called “Collective Soles” which collected donated thousands of shoes to earthquake victims in Haiti. Kelvin is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and an Inroads Alum where he facilitates workshops for up and coming professionals.
