New Music "First Love" by NLP Group

The new song "First Love featuring Vocals of Alexander" by the NLP Group is a strong rhythm and blues(R&B) song. The First Love has a mixture of good soul delivery and an excellent beat. The appreciation of no synthesizer is highly comforting to the ears. The song gives the feel of core R&B with a modern twist, providing something new. The song "First Love" can be on repeat.

Thus far the song has been accepted by the Radio and Club DJ with love. With that said, given the song has the machine behind it, it can be very successful. The song production gives the feel and sound of live instruments. Therefore, it can form a turn to become a classic track. A good song gives life beyond its expectation. The NLP group has accomplished a song that can be something new to hear on the charts.

NLP Group Q&A?

How did you start in the music business?
The CEO of NLP Group started as an artist at 18-19 yrs old by writing and arranging. A record was in place for a local indie record company called Neighbor Records. The band and Mr.Favor wrote one side of the album and they did the other side. Mr. Favor was the first record with V-103 radio play by an artist originally from Atlanta and was successful!

How would you describe the music that you typically create?
We create music generally we believe has an impact. Because if you can’t feel what you are creating, maybe no one else will. Its mid-tempo r&b/ pop or pop r&b/ splash of country vibes!

What is the current project about?
This particular song is about love, it is called first love. Whether it be 15 years old or 70 love is universal and it makes us do and feel crazy things inside. Having that special one Is a gift.

How do you feel it will inspire others?
NLP hopes the song will inspire feelings that some people find it hard to share and allow them to go for it.

What is your creative process like?
Our creative process is sometimes listening to a loop or guitar riff or a vocal melody or playing some chords and feeling something for it. We then try to place some kind of beat work up and get the rhythm tracks going. It could be drums, guitar, or vocals that get us rocking to the beat. But if it's a struggle, we scrap it and start over again.

Who would you most like to collaborate with?
H.E.R, Taylor Swift, and Bruno Mars.

What is one message you would give to your fans?
Thank you, first of all. And if you like what we are doing, just download!

What is the most useless talent you have?
Wow! It’s a hard one. Not to sound smug, but I try to use all my talents and abilities...

Do you sing in the shower?
What songs? What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career? No, never have. It would be writing, mentoring / ministry

How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
We feel like it’s finally getting balanced to where we understand the perimeters better and who to get paid for plays downloads and streams.

Which famous musicians do you admire?
Prince, Michael Jackson, Dallas Austin, George Clinton, Jimmy jam-Teri Lewis, Bruno Mars, H.E.R, Eagles, and ELO just to name a few.

What is the most trouble you've gotten into?
Ah man, when I burned my dad’s car to the ground... When told not to drive it. Smh

What is the best advice given?
“Don’t give up”!

If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
It would be the deception of knowing and realizing good music again. But the labels tend to follow trendiness and look over what people need. People want to hear good songs now and not just hip/hop which I love. But balance is the key to everything. Too much of anything will make you sick.

What’s next?
A lot of time, what is next finds us. However, wanting to write hits takes the world by storm. Wherever the music takes us.

What should the world know?
Dreams come in seasons... Look for the shift.
