The uplifting news for "Realm" fans ... the show is returning for Season 6. The awful news for Jussie Smollett - he's not returning.

That's right ... sounds bizarre, that Fox needs to keep Jussie draping in the event of some unforeseen issue, however that is the arrangement. It could be ... This type of charge can gain Jussie Smollett up to three years in Jail. But due to the fact that it's staged against himself, they may just give him probation.

This act by Smollett is disturbing and disappointing. He had everyone believing the hate crime happened. So far it has not affected him working for 20 Century Fox, though they have cut his scene from nine to four on the show "Empire".
