Simone Biles has a historical performance on August 12th, 2019 being the first women (Black Women) to land a triple-double with two flips and three twists in U.S Gymnastics Championship.

Though she made history Biles said, "I still get really frustrated because I know how good I am and how well I can do, so I just want to do the best routine for the audience and for myself out here." Due to a fall on Saturday.
