Dachonne Nicole started as a studio vocalist. She recorded demos for major record labels for the last 15 years.

Storytelling, soulful, heartfelt, motivating, and at times cathartic.
What is the current project about?
Now you're gone is about a couple trying to find their way through their relationship (whether to stay together or not). Having dealt with brokenness and pain.
How do you feel it will inspire others?
Hopefully, it will cause couples to check in on their relationships. Stay in tune with their partner, and work on themselves.
What is your creative process like?
It varies...her motivation is to write from a place of passion, inspired by people or situations. Even the scenery around her or moved by a rhythm or beat can spark a melody.

India Arie, HER, Brandy, Mickey, Guyton, Dua Lipa, Neo, and Bruno Mars.

What is one message you would give to your fans?
Do not allow others or situations to limit your ability. Know the mission, purpose on earth and live each moment to the fullest.
What is the most useless talent you have?
Do you sing in the shower? What songs? What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?
She said: practically never sings in the shower and if she does, it's because she is practicing for a performance. If it was not for her music career, working alongside the world vision helping and aiding youths, women & families in need all over the world is what she would be doing.
Where have you performed? What are your favorite and least favorite venues?
DaChonne Nicole said: she has performed on many stages such as stadiums and venues from around the world. Stages like the Blue Note NYC, Dallas Cowboys Stadium, private celebrity parties at Tiffany's & CO NYC, Lincoln enter venues in Taipei Taiwan, and Singapore. Her least favorite venue is the Cafe Wah and her favorite is The Cutting Room in NYC.
How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
It allows artists to reach more people faster and quicker around the world. It helps with fans base and artist communication. The industry has changed the music industry tremendously. The internet helps musicians to sell more music and gain exposure.
What is your favorite song to perform?
The song is called "Little Moments & I'M Strong

Number one artist is Whitney Houston, followed by Stevie Wonder, India Arie, and Ledisi
What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?
She said: usually does what is required therefore it would be rare to get into trouble.
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
Every time with your children if you have any, as the time goes by fast.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
Find a method where it's not so limited. Give artists their intellectual property in order for them to make the royalties they deserve.
