Jussie Smollett - he's not returning to empire stars

The uplifting news for "Realm" fans ... the show is returning for Season 6. The awful news for Jussie Smollett - he's not returning. 


Fox just issued the accompanying proclamation ... "By common understanding, the studio has arranged an augmentation to Jussie Smollett's choice for season 6, yet as of now there are no designs for the character of Jamal to come back to 'Realm.'" 


That's right ... sounds bizarre, that Fox needs to keep Jussie draping in the event of some unforeseen issue, however that is the arrangement. It could be ... Chicago is preparing to sue performing artist Jussie Smollett, who authorities state has disregarded the police office's interest that he pay back the $130,000 in additional time cops worked while exploring his trick abhor wrongdoing assault. That figure speaks to the aggregate sum of additional time the Windy City's police office needed to pay out amid the examination. The Law Department will record the suit sooner rather than later," the city wrote in the announcement, as indicated by the CBS report. "As a component of this legitimate activity, the Law Department will seek after the full proportion of harms permitted under the statute."

Jussie Smollett prosecutor 'misled the public' about the dropped felony charges

Jussie Smollett charged for Lying about the attack

This act by Smollett is disturbing and disappointing. He had everyone believing the hate crime happened. So far it has not affected him working for 20 Century Fox, though they have cut his scene from nine to four on the show "Empire".
