Jussie Smollett - he's not returning to empire stars

The uplifting news for "Realm" fans ... the show is returning for Season 6. The awful news for Jussie Smollett - he's not returning.

Fox just issued the accompanying proclamation ... "By common understanding, the studio has arranged an augmentation to Jussie Smollett's choice for season 6, yet as of now there are no designs for the character of Jamal to come back to 'Realm.'"

That's right ... sounds bizarre, that Fox needs to keep Jussie draping in the event of some unforeseen issue, however that is the arrangement. It could be ... Fox is supporting its wagers, to perceive what occurs in the common case in which the City of Chicago is suing the on-screen character for the expenses of the examination. The aftereffect of that case - Jussie will be striven for purportedly faking the "assault." Perhaps in the event that he wins, Fox will rethink.

As we announced, Jussie has eaten gatherings with "Realm" executives, and for a period it appeared as though he may return, however at this point it appears Jussie needs to discover other business.

Jussie Smollett charged for Lying about the attack

Chicago Cook County prosecutors charged the TV star Jussie Smollett who acts on "Empire". On Wednesday his fake allegations he staged as a hate crime against himself — capping a tumultuous series of turns in a case that has garnered worldwide headlines.

Smollett is expected to appear in bond court Today (2/22/19). Chicago Police expect Smollett and his legal team to arrange the actor’s surrender ahead of his bond hearing.

This type of charge can gain Jussie Smollett up to three years in Jail. But due to the fact that it's staged against himself, they may just give him probation.

This act by Smollett is disturbing and disappointing. He had everyone believing the hate crime happened. So far it has not affected him working for 20 Century Fox, though they have cut his scene from nine to four on the show "Empire".
