Joe Hickingbottom The Producer
The track Hallow by Joe Hickingbottom is simply hot. This producer is expected to do big things in the music industry. He produces Hip Hop, Trap, AfroBeats, Neo-soul, Country, Pop, EDM, Grime, and UK Grime. Joe is Originally from the South Side of Chicago. Joe grew up listening to house music. He like artists such as Twista, Do or Die, Psycho drama, *ball MJG, Wu-Tang Def Squad, and Flip Mode. Thus far Joe's track hallow is getting great responses from the radios/DJs.

How did you start in the music business?
I started as a rapper at the age of 13 with a group going by the name “TKB” and “The Kurrupt Brothers” There was a group called “No Apex” that one of my friend's brothers was in and we looked up to them but had our own style. I made house beats for parties.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
I would describe my music as trendy yet nostalgic I want you to get a vibe that forces you hit repeat I’ve and over.
What is the current project about?
My current project is about moving forward even though you feel like you don’t want to
How do you feel it will inspire others?
I feel that it will hit everyone a little differently hopefully it will inspire creativity in all who listen.
What is your creative process like?
My creative process is a bit odd because I create to the surrounding mood. Then I work backward I want to instantly get a response from the artist or even myself.
Who would you most like to collaborate with?
I would love to collaborate with Kanye West, or Young Guru Will.I.am, as a producer and for artists Lupe Fiasco, Common, Jay z, J Cole, Drake, Wale, Tpain, and Will .I.am to be honest there are just so many people I’d love to work with!
If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
I can’t say that I’d open a show for someone but maybe Yeezy
What is one message you would give to your fans?
Don’t ever think that you can’t do something or that you don’t deserve to be happy. It truly starts with how you think of yourself
What is the most useless talent you have?
I don’t know if I have a useless talent lol
Do you sing in the shower? What songs?
I don’t sing in the shower but I rap just about everywhere else.
What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?
If I wasn’t making music I would probably just finish medical school and become a doctor.

I don’t perform I play the background and let the artist shine

How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
The internet has definitely helped many artists and producers to be seen but that’s kind of a double-edged sword.
What is your favorite song to perform?
I don’t have a favorite song, after I create the music I'm looking to do something better than the last one
What is the most trouble you’ve ever gotten into?
I can’t speak on the most trouble that I’ve gotten into lol
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
The best advice I’ve been given is that it starts with me believing in myself and never allowing another to destroy that belief.
