Jenner wearing one of her most out of control dresses this year: a short, larger than average air pocket gum pink number with layered sleeves and a feathered neck area by Ingie Paris. She matched it with a piece of silver jewelry—with what has all the earmarks of being a pink butterfly pendant—and white heels.
